Is there an admission price?
No. Michigan City Food Truck Festival is free to the general public. We use tickets to keep an accurate guest count.
Is there an age requirement?
No. All ages are welcomed as this is a family event designed for everyone.
Are pets allowed?
No. Park policy. However, you are more than welcome to bring a bear of an appetite!
Can I bring in outside food, beverages and alcohol?
No. Unfortunately outside food, beverages or alcohol is not allowed inside the event. Our goal is to have a diversity of food trucks and beverages onsite to match your tastes.
Will food trucks provide samples?
Food trucks will offer regular size portions.

We partner with Michigan City Main Street Association donating a portion of any proceeds.
There will be seating. However, we encourage you to bring your lawn chairs as seating will be limited.
Parking onsite is $7.00 and is adjacent to the zoo.

Michigan City Food Truck Fest is a rain or shine event. All ticket sales are final. No exceptions.
How Does the Fest Work?
The event is free to all guest. Tickets are used to keep track of guest. This includes access up to 10 Gourmet Food Trucks, live music and outdoor games. Simple fun in the park. Food is bought separately, with cash, from each food truck.
Michigan City Food Truck Fest will progress as planned during light rain. However, if there is lighting the event will be immediately halted until further notice.
Outside Food & Beverages
Unfortunately no outside food or beverages may be brought into the venue. No exceptions.
Concealed carry firearms are prohibited within festival grounds. Individuals who are licensed to carry concealed guns must store their firearms in their car preferably in a locked case while visiting the Michigan City Food Truck Festival.
